Don't Build from Scratch: Why Choose "StroyProm" Industrial Park for Your Production

The Zabaikalsky Krai Development Corporation invites investors and manufacturing companies to locate in the StroyProm industrial park within the Zabaikalsky Priority Development Area.
StroyProm is a modern 14-hectare industrial site in the Chernovsky District of Chita, designed for the rapid launch of new production facilities. The site already has the necessary utilities and transportation infrastructure, including electricity, heat, water, wastewater, communications, and internet.

The park includes two industrial buildings ready for various types of production, a business center, two boiler houses, a well, two parking lots, including one for trucks and special equipment, two evaporation ponds, a water treatment plant, and a coal storage facility. This allows entrepreneurs to focus on business development rather than on building basic infrastructure.
An additional advantage is the benefits and preferences available to residents. Companies located in StroyProm can obtain resident status in the Zabaikalsky Priority Development Area (PDA) through a simplified process and take advantage of existing tax and administrative support measures.
Residents enjoy the following benefits:
• Profit tax – 0 to 5% for the first 5 years;
• Property tax – 0 to 1.2% for the first 5 years;
• Land tax – 0% for the first three years;
• Free connection to utility infrastructure at preferential rates.

The Transbaikal Development Corporation provides business support at all stages of project implementation using the one-stop shop principle. The Corporation's experts help prepare a business plan, select government support measures, attract financing, prepare documents for government support, and resolve any issues that arise during project implementation. Support continues even after the launch of the project.
Projects in the following areas are considered for placement:
• Construction materials production;
• Woodworking and furniture manufacturing;
• Metalworking;
• Radioelectronics;
• Transport engineering;
• High-tech manufacturing.

To participate, you must submit an investment project with a total investment of at least 50 million rubles, including investments in production equipment, as well as confirm the organization's legal capacity and provide an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Applications will be accepted until July 31, 2026.
