Investments in Transbaikalia: the region creates infrastructure for construction industry and high technology

At the site of the Corporation of the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the day of the investor of the projects of master plans of the cities of the Far Eastern Federal District was held.Its participants became more than 150 representatives of federal and regional authorities, development institutions and large businesses from all regions of the Far East.The Minister of Planning and Development of the region Albina Koreshkova spoke about investment projects.

“Today, 37 infrastructure projects of master plans are being implemented in the region.The main sectors of the development of our region is mining, logistics and construction.According to the results of 2024, the region is in fourth place in terms of the growth rate of housing construction in Russia, industrial construction is actively developing, to increase the development of which it is necessary to launch their own production of building materials.To do this, the region creates the Stroyprom Industrial Park on an area of more than 82 hectares, ”said Albina Koreshkova.

Stroyprom industrial park is provided with all the necessary engineering infrastructure, in addition to the construction of production sites, 85 hectares of land are reserved for further expansion of activity.

“We are ready to go to investors not only in the field of production of building materials, we are considering others: first of all, high -tech, the Stroyprom industrial park has a high potential of assembly production,” added Albina Koreshkova.

In addition, the minister said that the Kadalinsky industrial park is interested in the implementation of high -tech industries, as well as high -added projects.

“Four buildings are built with an area of six thousand square meters, the accompanying area - 390 hectares for further development.Both industrial parking is available, located on the federal highway.Kadalinsky is located one kilometer from the international airport, has a convenient message with railway stations.The creation of the industrial park will ensure the further implementation of investment projects by potential residents, ”the minister explained.

Albina Koreshkova added that the region is offered platforms for the implementation of projects in the field of agriculture, including the construction of commodity farms, agricultural enterprise in Krasnokamensk, the cost of building infrastructure of which is 9.4 billion rubles.The minister clarified that Transbaikalia is only 20% provided with its own production of vegetables, so agricultural projects will be highly in demand.

At the KDDV site, a wide range of topics was discussed: from large infrastructure measures and their financing mechanisms to support tools, including preferential regimes, administrative support and preferential conditions for developers.Particular attention was paid to involvement in the implementation of master plans of private partners.
