About Us
The purpose of the creation of the park is the placement of industrial enterprises in an organized area with engineering infrastructure facilities and the necessary administrative and legal conditions.
The task of creating the park is the formation of effective mechanisms for the development of the industrial sector and related areas of the regional economy, as well as increasing the investment attractiveness of the Transbaikal region.
The strategic goal of creating an industrial park is import substitution. For the region, an important task is to increase the volume of building materials producing, which in turn will affect the reduction in the cost of building one square meter of housing in the Transbaikal region.
Design estimates, geodetic and geological surveys are being carried out. Specifications for technological connection to power supply networks have been received.
The start of construction of the first stage is planned for 2023.

LOCATION
For the implementation of the first stage of the project in 2023, four land plots with a total area of 14 hectares have been identified - in the area of Ivanovsky passage in the Chernovsky district of Chita. The basis there will be three large modular buildings with a total area of about 35-40 thousand square meters - like hangars, where future residents of the industrial park will be able to place production lines, immediately receiving the necessary communications in the form of water, electricity, heat.
